Our Furniture Guarantee
We are proud to present our product guarantee below, you will find very different from the guarantees and warranties the main High Street and Retail Park kitchen suppliers offer.
You will find that our guarantee has very few exclusions and what exclusions there are only relate to mis use of our product.
If you take the time to seek out and read the afore mentioned High Street and Retail Park companies guarantees or warranties, and congratulations if you do manage to find them, they are certainly well hidden, you will find that the vast majority of their guarantees or warranties talks far more about what is excluded rather than what is included. For example, they exclude accessories. To me Accessories are things like drawer boxes and runners, hinges and mechanisms, so does this mean that the High Street and Retail Park brands exclude them? The parts that actually see the most use.
Ours is much more straightforward and excludes very little, we certainly don’t exclude drawer boxes and runners or hinges and mechanisms. In other words, ours is a proper guarantee that covers even those components that experience the most use. We like to call it our “Goodwill Guarantee”
GOODWILL GUARANTEE PROVISION
Our Good Will Guarantee covers any defects that are demonstrably due to material or production defects that have occurred despite correct installation, treatment and care in accordance with our installation and care instruction manuals for a period of 10 years from the date of installation of the kitchen, and have been reported to us, and are beyond any statutory defect warranties.
On the provision that the kitchen has been installed and cared for in line with our installation and aftercare manuals, we will deliver, free of charge, replacement components for any faulty furniture products. This INCLUDES accessories and components such as drawer boxes and runners, hinges and mechanisms provided they have been supplied by our factory partners
