Colour has a huge impact on your emotions and mood. This is especially important to consider when working with us to design your kitchen. We’ll ask you questions about your lifestyle to help us inform each and every choice our designers make. For example, if your kitchen will be used as a vibrant hosting space for parties and gatherings, introducing a bright pop of colour or darker tone to create some ambience that suits you down to a tee. However, if your space is more of a zen haven to enjoy your morning coffee, lighter, calmer neutral tones would be better suited. It’s all about how your kitchen makes you feel and setting the right tone for you. Also, if there’s a colour you simply don’t like, tell us!

At your free initial consultation, we will ask you lots of questions about your lifestyle. This can be anything from how many people live in the house and what kind of parties you host, to where do the pets like to hang out and where do the kids focus best on their homework?
All these things help to paint a picture of what you need from your kitchen. If you regularly host over 20 people, then there needs to be adequate space for seating, as well as moving around. If it’s just you and the dog, then a cosy breakfast nook could be ideal.
